Find your purchase

Search your checkout email inbox for “Your Scope & Send studio is ready”. Check spam too. The private link in that email opens your order page so you can download again.

If you saved your confirmation page, you can use that link directly. No account or password is required.

Missing email or download?

Contact purchase support with the email address used at checkout and your purchase date or receipt reference. Never include card numbers, passwords or identity documents.

Open your studio

1. Download the ZIP from your private order page.
2. Unzip it on your computer.
3. Open Scope-and-Send.html in a current desktop browser.
4. Save a backup of the ZIP and export important proposals.

Where is login or logout?

There is no customer account. The studio keeps one draft in your browser. To remove that draft from a shared device, clear the site’s browser storage. This does not cancel or refund a purchase.

Need a refund?

Contact purchase support within 14 days with your order reference. Refunded purchases no longer have download access. See the purchase terms.
