Purchase terms.

Scope & Send is a downloadable proposal tool. The seller is the merchant identified on Stripe checkout and your payment receipt. These terms describe this product and your purchase.

What you receive

For a one-time payment of US$19 plus applicable tax shown at checkout, you receive a ZIP containing the offline studio and a quick-start guide. There is no subscription. The online studio is free; the paid edition is a self-contained copy for your own computer. Future upgrades, custom work and unlimited support are not included.

Delivery

Your download is available on your private order page after Stripe confirms payment. Delayed payment methods may take longer. We also email your private order link to the address used at checkout. Save that email and keep a backup of the downloaded file. For a missing download, contact the seller using the details on your receipt and include your order reference.

Use of the product

You may use the studio to create proposals for your own work and clients. You may share the proposals you create. Your purchase does not include permission to resell, redistribute or publicly host the studio itself. Keep your private download link confidential.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the seller contact on your receipt. Include your order reference so the payment can be located. Refunded or disputed orders lose access to future downloads. Nothing in these terms limits rights that apply under consumer law.

What the studio does not do

The studio does not collect signatures, create binding acceptance records, send proposals, process your clients’ payments or provide accounting or legal advice. Example scopes, prices and wording are illustrative. Review and adapt every proposal before using it.

Browser storage

The studio stores one working draft in your browser when local storage is available. Clearing storage or replacing the draft can remove it. Export important work and keep your own backups. The studio does not provide cloud synchronization.

Payments and help

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Scope & Send does not receive your full card details. Use the seller contact shown on checkout or your receipt for payment and product assistance. Do not send full card details or passwords.
