Privacy, plainly.
Your proposals
Proposal content stays in your browser. The studio uses local storage to keep one draft, when supported. It does not send that content to our server or sync it between devices. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see the draft. Export your work before clearing storage.
Purchases
Stripe handles checkout and payment information. Stripe and the seller retain purchase records, including information you provide at checkout, for payment processing, support and recordkeeping. Our server checks your payment status and records whether your order is ready for download. It does not receive your full card number.
Order emails
After a confirmed purchase, Resend processes your checkout email address and private download link to send your delivery email. These are transactional messages, not a newsletter. We do not subscribe buyers to marketing emails.
Your private order link
Your confirmation link grants access to your paid download. Keep it private. The order and download responses are marked not to be cached, and the website asks browsers not to send the referring page address to other sites.
Hosting and fonts
The online site is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may receive normal connection information such as your IP address and browser information. The downloadable studio uses local fonts and has no required remote resources. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included in the app.
External payment links
If you place a payment link in a proposal, opening it connects to the payment provider you selected. Its privacy terms apply. Scope & Send does not process or track your clients’ payments.
Questions or requests
For purchase records or privacy questions, contact the seller using the contact information on Stripe checkout or your receipt. To remove a local proposal draft, clear this site’s storage in your browser. Payment records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations.
